Hi,

Five fighters should be departing from Lajes tomorrow as Mazda 81-85 with supporting tankers Gold 31/32.
No idea on aircraft type .......

They are 5 EA-6B Prowler with a KC10 and KC135.

Currently on the ground, there are 2 C5's (90010 & 90019), plus an MC12W (09-0649)!

They are 5 EA-6B Prowler with a KC10 and KC135.

Five Prowlers returned from Lajes to Cherry Point today as Mazda 21-25.

BADLY51 and 52 MC12W are inb from St Johns off at 13:05Z should be 09-0655 and 09-0676
confirmation would be good

In the next couple of days, twelve A-10Cs will make a stopover at Lajes on their way back home to CONUS from Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan, after an Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) combat deployment.

I would be very grateful for any related logs and pictures.

They should arrive at Lajes next Wednesday, May 19th. I think they will be released by either the 81FS or the 25FS, not a state-side unit this time anyway ......
