Re: Wrecks and relics in France
On June 11th we have been in search of SA319B Alouette III s/n 2029 at St. Anna Hospital in Toulon, but it was nowhere to be found outside. Does any one know if it perhaps is parked outside, or has moved on perhaps?
Kind Regards / Groeten,

Re: Wrecks and relics in France
On the North-West side of Brignoles (south of A8) a training camp of Securité Civile (known as UIISC No.7, Camp Couderc) houses a wrecked Puma fuselage:
SA.330Ba 1263/CPN
GPS coordinates: N43°24.900' E6°01.200'
Address: Chemin L'Estagnol (follow the Route de Bras (D35) untill you reach the camp, and go right passing along the fence).

Re: Wrecks and relics in France
The Alouette on the Marignane roundabout is a composite airframe. I asked various French experts who told me that the origin of the components could not be traced. The ship remains thus unknown.
