This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |

Thankyou very much for all the comments guys!
I've used a Simple Canon EOS 1000D with a Tamron 18-270mm lens! So good for the wide angle AND zoom!
Kind regards, Jeffrey.
thanks! I really reccomend it. It's a perfect place haha!Derice wrote:W-O-W! Incredible set of pictures! Keep em coming!
Makes me want to go over there even more!
What kind of equipment did you use to make all these nice images?

Very nice series.
Makes me want to go there tomorrow
How expensive was the short trip to St. Barts? (flown there many times in FS9, but would someday like to experience the aproach in real life )

With Winnair you pay 150 dollar for the flight from and to! And then you pay I think 15 dollars for service costs at the airport.. It was sure worth it! Awesome flights..sp00k wrote:Very nice series.

IIRC it was 50-60USD one way when I flew it in 2008. I flew a St Barths Commuter Islander on the way there (departed from Grand Case, on the French side) and Winair on the way back to SXM with a Twotter. Might have been cheaper then.sp00k wrote: How expensive was the short trip to St. Barts?

The airport taxes at TNCM went up.. you pay more than 50% of the costs to airport taxes and stuff.. And also departing from the French side will be cheaper. because it's a flight from France to France..SpotterNL wrote:IIRC it was 50-60USD one way when I flew it in 2008. Seriously great shots. I like numbers 83 and 99
Re: St maarten St Barths and Trip HEAVY phototopic
Number 23 is the winner off course. I like the variation very much.
Unlucky that the flare kills picture 6.
A general tip: use a better watermark programma it really makes the quality of you pictures worse. I think (read: know) you can better.
I hope to meet you soon (tomorrow at AMS 5.45?)
