If people would only tell things they know... Bulgaria cancelled participation, what a wonder.
In January there was an official information from Commander of Chief of Bulgarian Air Force that they have planed money for visiting Kechkemet Air Show and Tanagra. For Kechkemet was planed two Su-25K and C-27J Spartan to participate. Now C-27 is broken /again/ and will not fly soon. Maybe this is the reason. Sorry but you just can't understand bulgarian army, for last event they change rules for media 3 times in one day, so here you never know.

Gold Timer Foundation's MiG-15UTI made a successful engine test at Tököl airport. Restoration of the aircraft is 99% complete, it will debut at Kecskemét.

Surprisingly enough, the Israeli F-4 Phantom II became bold in the invited aircraft list, meaning that Israelis confirmed its participation at Kecskemét.

To answer a question, the organizers wrote that the type is in service with two training squads. I think this will be an A-4 Ahit, which is more interesting than F-4. I am curious about it.

More on the F-4 saga: the invited Israeli aircraft is an F-4 Phantom II from a test unit, the old, singe-engine A-4 Ahit doesn't fly abroad.

On this list the Israel Air Force is indeed mentioned as being confirmed but also with F-15, F-16......and the F-4.......truly amazing! Wonder if they will really come!
