Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Yesterday turned out to be a 'training-day', nothing worked out very well :cry: Missed the incoming Emirates because I decided to change location at the last moment. Did some try ans ERROR shots with 700mm ( yeah, a lot Errors because of heatwaves :evil: ).
The good part;
- I found 2 promising new spots for the winter season.
- Driving around with a truck with a big terrace ( 600 x 220, 330 high from the ground ) is fun :mrgreen:

No you're not. The plan was to go but the weather we had today here was forecasted at
LHR yesterday and today so leaving only a slight chance with good weather tomorrow so
plan was cancelled untill further notice.

Was that really necessary? Digital camera's have changed the way we take pictures, that's for sure. I get the impression that some photographers just point their camera and shoot as much as possible. Sorting out must take more time than standing at the airport. I still prefer to take a good look before taking pictures. Six hours at the Kaagbaan with nice weather usually yields about a hundred photos for me.

Oh, well, live and let live :wink:
