I went to schiphol to see what this day was going to fly,
more than 4 days after having been closed because of volcanic eruption on Iceland
not much special aircraft were seen but the weather was there to make pretty pictures
PH-KBX clear to land on runway 04
PH-EZM panning
VP-BIJ landing on 36R
TC-JFV - yes one special one - the official partner of Manchester
2 x T7 to stand in the nice evening sun
PH-BQH - I shoot it close up during the landing on runway 36R,
thanks to the low sun setting was beautiful light in the cockpit
A7-ABY
PH-EDM - bizjets also found their way back to Schiphol
PH-BXU
PH-WXD preceded by the commission welcome, after this landing the light went out

Forum rules
This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |

Is off course PH-KBX, but (if you had a scanner with you) I guess the air traffic controller said the callsign short which would then indeed have been PBXPH-PBX clear to land on runway 04
Nice pictures though! Panning shot of photo number 2 is excellent!
Ciao, MartijnMD11
The airports' runway is the most important main street in any town!
