This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |

French Alpha-Jets @ Helitown EHGR 23-03-2010
Hi All, Today we had a perfect morning at Gilze-Rijen with
the departure of the Alpha-Jets from Tours. Also the local
Redskins flew very well under perfect conditions. Hope you
all enjoy this report. For now I only have this Alpha-Jet,
more will follow later if you want.

Nice first one Alex!!
All three pics are nicely balanced, good contrast and colours! The second one is a bit lacking composition however... ... on the right side there is rather some space left and on the other side the right wing is cut off... I would say: next time either crop a bit or move a bit to the left.
Great detail in the pics too!
(BTW, you got your camera back again?? Or a new one?? )
Hej då!

I'd rather depict atmosphere and the 'heat of the moment' making a catchy photo than to reflect the real situation and real colours showing a boring photo.

@Jimmy, here is more
@Corne, thanks for the positive comments
@Antoine, a nice photo
And here some local helicopter stuff from my side!
All the Redskins use lime instead of kilo for the next few
months. This will bring us nice photo opportunities during
this period because the Redskins taxi along the fence at
this moment.
