OSAN AB - Air Power 2009 - Static and Taxi Shots

In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

OSAN AB - Air Power 2009 - Static and Taxi Shots

Was in the neighbourhood and decided to stop by at OSAN AB (K-55) for their Air Power 2009 Air Show. The weather was great and i was fortunate enough to arrive there before everybody start showing up to take pictures of the aircraft on display. Here's a small selection of what was there :

Again, very nice report! The F-4D is an absolute killer! They should arrange a flight together with an Iranian F-4D :wink: (it's nonsense ofcourse, but I couldn't help daydreaming... :wink: )

The second to last installment for my short trip to K-55 , the Aerial Display was awesome but Aerial Display picture taking is not my main interest i don't have any except the slow flying C-17 'AK'.
Hopefully next year i will revisit OSAN AB - Air Power 2010 -.

some addon from me too. It was a super day. Around 17:00hrs the Koreans left while we were pushed away from the field. Too bad that lots of people were stalling them. hehe
