GA is not expected to serve AMS earlier then summer 2010 schedule. So from late April 2010 earliest, and not confirmed yet. (!!)

MS0757/0758 day 34567 25oct-29nov and 03dec-27mar10 are planned to be operated with 738-equipment.
1400-1500lt are the groundtimes.

Surinam Airways Airbus A340 to enter service Nov 09
As per GDS timetable display on 18SEP09, Surinam Airways is introducing Airbus A340 aircraft to its sole long-haul service, Paramaribo - Amsterdam route, starting 25NOV09.

The A340-300 operates 3 times a week. It's Boeing 747-300 will then be operating 1 weekly only on the same route.

Surinam Airways Airbus A340 to enter service Nov 09
As per GDS timetable display on 18SEP09, Surinam Airways is introducing Airbus A340 aircraft to its sole long-haul service, Paramaribo - Amsterdam route, starting 25NOV09.

I don't know what timetable GDS is, but according to the SLM schedule we received, the A340 will start operating as per November 23rd.
The B747 was not mentioned in the schedule after that date.

Pakistan International Airlines will commence weekly flights from Amsterdam to Lahore as from 15 November. This is a re-introduction of this destination for Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and the flight will be operated with A310 aircraft.

Uzbekistan Cargo expands to Europe

Uzbekistan Airways Cargo has launched 3 weekly Navoi – Frankfurt service on 02OCT09.

It is also planning to start Navoi – Amsterdam with no confirmed timetable. It currently operates 2x Airbus A300-600 Freighter aircraft to Bangkok, Delhi and Mumbai.
