European heads of state 29-30 october

I read in Scramble magazine that on the 29th and 30th of october, there's a conference of the european heads of state.
Does anyone know if this will indeed take place on these dates?
I'd like to come to Zaventem those days, but I need to be sure.

try to find a agenda for the meeting via google or look at the official website. It should give you any clue about arrival and departure times.
