the good news from Frankfurt is that they are making a spotting area near the 25L. Just a look-a-like 18 spot. Also good is that the higher fence will not be built along the entire taxiway. Now the bad news, they are building a building along the taxiway where it bends along the runway.

The new spottersplace is almost ready. But the local spotters didn`t know when. Sadly, that building is in front of the new spottersplace, but landing shots and taxiway shots under the approach is still good possible.Marco wrote:the good news from Frankfurt is that they are making a spotting area near the 25L. Also there rumours, that they gonna make some stairs on the spotterplace near the "Westbaan"

yep, i heart those too a good friend of my also spotting at frankfurt tolld me it would be finished around the end of august but they wouldn't make that deadline if you see what they still have to do, I myself think it will be ready about end september begin october

the new viewing deck at the 25 will be ready next week according to the constructor yesterday. Yesterday the first concrete layers were being made. Also interesting to see how they do this when it is the boring LH rush hour.
