Hi all,
Last week I finally went to the Salisbury Plain. This terrain was allready for
a long time high on my wishlist. This week the Aganistan integration exersize
Herrick11 took place over there; sow that means extra chopper activity =]
After a short search I found a FARB (Forward Air Reflueling Point) next to
Netheravon; a nice spot in the middle of nowhere. It was possible to take
photographs of the landing helo's from a short range. When I say close I really
mean close in this situation xD Hope you like my pics, because these are quite
special to me. Any comments are welcome =]

I was in this area last sunday (on our way from Fairford to Stonehendge). It looked like a huge military training area to me.
Where these great pictures made from a public road ?

Great set Alex!
Like to visit that place in the near future. It is the place to catch helicopters in their natural habitat.
