Who can tell me spots at the following airbases in Czech Rep. where i can stand to take picture's when there is a east wind direction.
Pardubice RWY 09
Kbely RWY 06
Namest Nad Oslavou RWY 13
Caslav RWY 14
Maybe the wind will change to the west, so if anybody can tell me also the other side where i can stand and take pictures.

I am planning to go for a trip to the Czech Republic. Can anyone inform me of the spotting possibilities, especially at Caslav and Kbely?
Can you come close to taxiways and/or runways and do you need stepladders?
