Well, the site of this amazing story is on the Internet for years, the first entries in the guestbook date back to 2003....

Reminds me of the BAC111 incident, where a mechanic used too small screws, installing a windshield. Captain was partially sucked out the a/c when the windshield took off in mid air. Fortunately he also survived.
