EF-18A+ versus EF-18M

Could someone tell me the difference between an EF-18A+ and an EF-18M? (or is EF-18M the new designation for EF-18A+?)

If I'm correct the EF-18A+ is a from F-18A to F-18C upgrade.

EF-18M can be spotted by the small GPS antenna on the spine, between the tails and the blade antenna.

Inside, in the cockpit, they have 5 CRTs instead of 3.
