This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |

Florennes TLP2009-1. Flying this time !
Hi all
Went to the TLP today and enjoyed the lovely weather and the great photo opportunities I just want to share with you. The only disappointment was that the Polish F-16D, with the large tanks was not not flying today, but for the rest it was brilliant. Good to see so many people as well !
Hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I do
Little experiment with low shutterspeed (1/125)
Heeee. That is odd. It is landing on top of the mountain:

The good news is that the Polish F-16s will go to

Nice shots Frank!
And I made some "Frits" shots as well, I really like it a lot!
700mm, 1/100sec, without mono or tripot.
Grtz,
Marcel

Hi Laurens
Thanks for posting. Can I give you a tip ? You might want to consider cropping the images a bit.

Hi Frank,
Thanks for the tip, but i found some shots not sharp enough to crop more than this.
I think about replacing mij old 50-500 for the newest version, becouse the last time i found a lot of shots not sharp enough.

Looked like a fantastic day at Florennes!
@Frank, you might brighten up your shots a little using the levels, there also are some dust spots visible above the center of the pic's

Thanks Remco
For me, the amount of black/highlights is just about right, but maybe I should calibrate my monitor again.
