Fate of Tarom B733 YR-BGC & Romavia B146 YR-BEB

Post by Stubenfliege 2 »

Hi ya,

is there somebody out there, who knows the fate of the following aircrafts

TAROM 737-300 YR-BGC / 27181

While being on take off, the 733 collided at the 30.12.07 with a mx vehicle and was severly damaged. Does anybody know, if the a/c is declared w/o?

Romavia B146-200 YR-BEB / 2220

Skidded off the side of the runway on landing in bad weather, main undercarriage collapsed. Does anybody know, if the a/c is declared w/o?

Thanks & Regards,

As you can see on this picture (http://www.airliners.net/photo/Tarom/Bo ... 1416948/L/) the fuselage of the YR-BGC is now in Germany and will be converted into a cabin simulator.
