Yesterday evening did a last check on the flightplan, but still not filed.

Currently deployed to Bagram AB, Afghanistan, as part of USAF´s AEF 5/6 (Cycle 7) rotation (September - December 2008) is the 75th EFS from the 23rd FG, 23rd Wg (ACC), Moody AFB, Georgia, with 12 A-10Cs:

78-0674, 78-0679, 78-0697, 79-0138, 79-0172, 79-0179, 79-0186, 79-0192, 80-0140, 80-0149, 80-0178, 80-0226 (all spotted at Lajes)

Because of the partial A-10 grounding, some of those will get repairs at Spang. Check: http://www.sltrib.com/news/ci_10806269?source=rss" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Four replacements from Moody already arrived at Bagram via Lajes, Sigonella and Al Udeid (see Lajes topic).

Two of the replacements are 79-0135 and 80-0272.

I´m absolut don´t care about where they are going!!! Always the same Spang Falcons! Saw those on delivery in 1993 and 1994. 15 years long the same!!! Very boring. And all the discussions make me sick!!!
Mister T, let me tell you a story: One day you'll be sitting on a nice quiet beach with your lovely wife and your four lovely kids. Your log books, PSP, photo collection and Tiger Meet scarves will be in the hotel room. A flight of four 116 squadron F-16s will thunder out of the firmament and blow the hotel to pieces. All will be lost, but wait, you'll post a message, "anyone get the reggies of the four Vipers ...." I will be stuck up to my ceramic brake disks in the mud round the back of Nevatim, trying to read of some visiting SP F-16s, and will "forget" to notice the four heavily armed a/c heading your way. FYI there were six SPs in one spot, five in the next, and one a/c, tail-on, in a makeshift maintenace area, which may or may not have been an SP. I was there three hours (as previosly explained why) and no, I didn't log the 12 that recovered before lunch of the 16 they launched afterwards, they've been here since 1981, if you were bothered, you'd have seen them all by now! (The Jazz were nice though)

Apparently 2 returned yesterday, HURON 54 flight, don't suppose you know what these were, and if you could keep an eye/radio open for the other 10, I'd be kind of happy!

'Nato 22' has just climbed out of Gilze-Rijen after some appoaches, requested a climb-out to Spangdahlem, probably for some more approaches overthere. Expect it between 1600-1615lt.

Tailnumber is LX-N90454 according to the Gilze forum here at Scramble.

Currently Hoist 90 & 91 over The Netherlands,

Hoist 91 Requested Dutch mil to change their final destination to Spangdahlem (both 90 & 91).

Both are 305AMW KC-10's

In the past 24H , 4 A10's routed LAJES/SiG/Mid East as more replacements for the FT's at Bagram. Therefore there is a chance that over the next few days Spang will see some more FT's for urgent maintainence.
