Shouldn't this be 4-AS?

Does any of you have this one on photo for confirmation of the correct serial?

I've made a mistake
The correct serial is 33-NX 616

For the 2000D I assume 3-AS (I've got a picture). We don't know if this is an ex-aircraft from ECE 5/330 with partial code, or if this is an example for the new codification.

I confirm Bruno, this is the new codification for Adla aircraft, with the end of ECs becoming ESTAs (Escadron Soutien Technique Aéronefs).

Next to this one, I can confirm 665 being coded as 3-AE. L/n by me on Aug-21 this year at Nancy-Ochey. As it did have a tiger fin stripe in the tail I also assumed it was a new transfer from the CEAM, yet to be fully recoded. But this explains!

@TinTin, do you know the full (official) abreviation of this new squadron?

Thanks!

Sjoerd

Hi Sjoerd,

Should be ESTA 2E.003 for Nancy, and the 3-AS should be 133-AS (for BA 133).
Another example is the Mirage 2000C 86 with code 12-LL, on QRA at Orange this week.

Thanks TinTin!

Are there plans to change the codes into 133-A. as well? Because our 665 was 100% id'ed as being 3-AE only.

Cheers,
Sjoerd

As the 635 is actually only 3-AS, but yes it seems that the new codification will begin with the airbase number (133-Ax for Nancy).
To be confirmed asap!

New Adla codification ongoing with the Rafale B 326 (code 113-HY), 113 of course for BA113 St-Dizier.
Another particular: both 1/91 Gascogne and 1/7 Provence markings on each side of the fin.
