Forum rules
This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |

Ha, I am not really good in recognizing old aircraft, but I think it is a Mitsubishi or something (propeller engine).
It had fireworks in both of his wings.
So it looked really nice in the dark (was on Friday Evening during the SunSet Airshow.

The 104's did there demo on fridayafternoon. They did not fly in the weekend because of the high cost of fuel.
Anybody who has the serial of the USAF C-130 that was parked at the far end with Fat Albert? I know someone from Scramble was there also.
Great show, despite the weather on saturday. Managed to get over 130+ F/A-18's while there were only 4 on static.....
Will sort some pics out later.

I don't know were you got this info, but the F-104's did NOT fly on friday either. The 104's did there demo on fridayafternoon. They did not fly in the weekend because of the high cost of fuel.
In fact, their departure on sunday was not without some minor troubles.
On friday evening one of the singles seaters had it's UHF-antenne broken of because some child used it as a playing toy and was hanging on it...
They departed on sunday after 2,5 months no flying... and landed safely, but very low on fuel at kennedy space center in Florida.
