Well, i will think about it ! But i don't have 700 mm or more to shoot. So its skyhigh for me. But perhaps you're right
But otherwise i think they must be a limited level for placing the photo's in this forum or that one from the garden. The inboundpictures which i placed here are from 6500 - 8000 ft and the outbound between 7000 - 13000 ft.

A7-AFM - 05jul08
Just an odd question:
Anyone took a 40000 feet shot of QR0075 yesterday 05jul08 ?
It flew basically from Essen/Germany westbound, North of Eindhoven and South of Rotterdam (there at 0650lt) to LGW...
Since I was on that flight and being a clear morning in the Netherlands, well you know......
The 330 was in the old colours, btw...

Altough it 's not sharp , I really love these kind of shots, well done.
i thought no one was going to react on this.
I was a bit suprised by this site so i ran in the house dodging 2 dogs and a cat, grapped my camera and fell back in the chair while i was taking this picture.
I think its inbound Brussels. It was clearly lossing altitude. Saw that kind of manouvres overhead on more occasions, but never cought this kind of vapor on it.
Its a crop on 60% taken at F8.0 with 500MM so that would influence the sharpness i think!
Glad you liked it
Cheers

Wintertime is the best time for sky-high photos, there 're no heatwaves and the sky contains less moisture because of lower temps.
BUT, the last days there is so much moisture at higher levels you get this !

2
3 AirFrance A343 with starting contrail and even wingtip vortexes.
4 Same photo, different directors cut.
5 Some other funny photo.
6 Sunday is Lufthansaday here in Capelle. Usually they fly a bit more to the north, except on sundays, lol.
