Indeed, a fantastic and very detailed log guys. Many thanks.

A few questions:-

In the shelter containing the heli's with no rotors, can anyone confirm whether these would have all been visible from the public (static) side? I remember seeing the light brown one plus others in that shelter but I didn't think there were quite as many as 8. :dontkno:

On the Route SS13 just outside Pordenone we saw a commercial yard with a dismantled Swiss Hunter together with a large prop engine and some other bits and pieces. The Hunter looked in reasonable condition but we didnt have time to stop -anyone got an ID? :?:

On the way to see the G91PAN @ Campoformido, we passed Rivolto base in the distance. The visibility was poor but it looked like there was a preserved aircraft near the buildings at the Western end of the base. From EMOOS, I'm guessing that this should be MM6416, G-91R - can anyone confirm please? :good:

Many thanks.

this is the same arrived some years ago in Aviano buyed by a private owner and grounded. I do not remember why but the owner was not able to take it for some problems with customs.

The place that you saw is what remains of the Pordenone Museum that never started...

I do not remember the exact serial now but I'll have a look.

Then, inside Rivolto there are many preserved aircraft. I can't help you with serials as I am not interested on w&R... sorry.

ciao gp

Hi,

the Hunter in Pordenone (actually Zoppola), is the J-4068.

By the way, can somebody tell me, which A129 was exactly forward left of the one in the old c/s (under the left shed)
and
which one was the second from right under the right shed?

Thank you very much for any help!

Greetings
Marcus

Also in the village of Istrana, we saw F-104G MM6552/51-21.

It was put on display at 6th of April this year.
