Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Hello all, the contributions from this side :D. Only 1 thing, i'm now using a 80-200mm lens. But the colors of the plane's are a little bit thump. The blue of the kLm is not the same blue i sometimes see on photo's of other users. What can i do it, to get the blue really blue, and red really red??
In the settings of mine Canon 300D there is a function "Parameters" and i can select here: Parameter 1 & 2, Adobe RBG and set 1,2,3. What is this?? And what does it do?? And what are you using in this settings??

I'm very pleased to hear that :D.

You can learn a lot from the EXIF data in the photos. Things like the used Exposure, Aperture, ISO and focal length. I used a monopod to take the first two photos, because i'm not that steady handed. I had to use a tripod to take the last one, because I had an exposure of 20 seconds.

I also edited the photos a bit. Some noise reduction, sharpening and cropping had to be done.

I hope this helps you a bit :).

Edit:
I agree with airlinetim, keep the sun in your back as much as possible for the best results.
