Post by Patrol321 »

Hi all,

Seen while passing around 20.52 at H-gates were:

2x Sky Europe 737
3x Easyjet A319
1x Flybe DHC.8

Anyone for the ID's?

TIA

Looks can be deceiving... It was on G4 as planned.

Did not really have a good look at them, but I think the Dash was G-JECX and the Skys may have been OM-NGF and OM-NGL. At least one of the Easys was from Switzerland, once more I think HB-JZJ.
There was quite a lot of movement though, around that time, so better double-check with other sources.

CISS:

OM-NGF and OM-NGL
G-EZBY, HB-JZJ but your third one must be a B737 G-EZJC...can't find a third A319 around your mentioned time

Any suggestions on the following:

Around 17:15 lt, when standing at SPL, I saw a B737 flying overhead SPL on an eastbound course. It was quite high (can't judge the height but is it just a dot on my jpeg taken with 300mm: when the jpeg is 20cm wide on the screen, the B737 takes up a mere 2.5 cm...) but its landing gear was down. It had medium-blue engines and a partly blue tail with what looked like a white triangle in it.

Anyone?

edit: my son (who wasn't with me today so had not seen the actual aircraft) suggested Axis Airways on seeing the blurry pic. And indeed, Axis Airways it was! The question remains: why/what/where?

Standing along the A5 motorway, I saw a red-white-black helo landing just behind the Firefly (?) at approx. 14.26 local. Red top, white fuselage and black bottom as far as I could see. Anyone with more info on the bird ?

TIA, John

Waarschijnlijk PH-NZU of PH-NZW.

Atlas Air 747
TNT A300
DHL (EAT) A300

Iemand registraties hiervan?
Cheers,
Gideon
