Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Hello all,
The first day of the Havoc Challenge started this day and would be held at keizersveer, where the soldiers would be dropped and picked up from the island.
The weather was really nice. A little impression of this day:

Yep, great last minute decision! It was worth cycling, wasn't?
Love the chinook pics and the second of the cougar is great with the background sky. Further, number 6 is awesome as well... mmm just a fantastic shout there!
I see that just when I left Holland there has been a lot of activity at Gils ain't it? Getting a bit jealous of these shots, I must say...

I'd rather depict atmosphere and the 'heat of the moment' making a catchy photo than to reflect the real situation and real colours showing a boring photo.

2 questions:

When I copy paste these coordinates in Google Earth, I don't get any results. Instead I looked up Keizersveer, is this the Keizersveer and it's bridge near Werkendam?

Are the times the choppers will be there to practice every day the same, and what time is that?

It could be because the laguage in Google Earth is English and the program expects an E instraed of an O for East. I end up next to the bridge.

What a nice set of pictures by the way.

That's the solution indeed, thanks! By the way, it's the bridge near Werkendam.

Anyone for the practicetimes?
