I checked this site http://www.amsterdamports.nl/smartsite128.dws" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and saw that indeed most ships arrive on the 1st of february. On the 8th of february a French auxilary vessel the FS Flamant will arrive at the Ruyterkade. And on the 26th of march 2 English vessels: the HMS Kent (frigate) and the HMS Tracker (patrol boat) will also arrive at the Ruyterkade.

Checked the veemkade at 14:30 Hours. One Spanish vessel the SPS Avaro de Bazan F101 with on deck A SH-60B HS23-08/01-1008 from Esc 010. It looks like it stays outside on deck all weekend cause of a tent between the hangar and the SH-60B. Unfortunatly they've put a fence around it with security so it looks like you only can picture it from the fence and no excursions on board.
A second check around 17:15 hours a second Spanish vessel the SPS Marques de la an beside the other. The hangar was open but unfortunatly no helo on board. Further no German vessel was seen.

Onderstaand bericht staat op http://www.at5.nl" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

German ship has arrived as well.
Hangar door slightly open, no heli visible.

Photography is possible, although limited.
Bring some steps to overlook the fence.

Like i said Wednesday they will not be open.
On At5 they mentioned "beperkt" so my guess is only VIPS.
