Forum rules
This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |

A few more of this 'fake' IL-76TD...
The power of flight...oh no, that is written on the CFM engines.
A daylight one...as seen after work. Sorry for the shadow...the sun was very low so the shadows were very long...the rights one is mine...now you know how I look like...so next time you will recognize me

Re: Re
For me a real IL-76 must be the T, TD, M of MD or IL-78...these ones maken noise and smoke...the ones I've seen from 1990...remember the huge amount of these ones at Oostende and Maastricht...exotic ones from Busol Airline, BSL Airline, C-Air, Lana, Yuzmashavia, Airstan, Khors Air, Volare, Safiran, Dart and so on...or the good old Schiphol ones like Metro Cargo, Cairo Air Transport, Jet Air Cargo, Cubana, Veteran, Dacono Air, Sayakhat and so on...lets start an IL-76 photo topic with these exotic ones .E-R-I-C wrote:Why a "fake" IL-76TD??gatso76 wrote:A few more of this 'fake' IL-76TD...
It is just a normal IL-76TD with new engines!
That means you see a DC-8-63F as a real DC-8 and a DC-8-73F as a faked one....
Greetz,
The RA-76951 is not a normal one...it never was a IL-76TD...this is a factory new build 2007 IL-76TD-VD and is fixed with these new turbofan engine from the beginning.
If you are into Russian ones...buy the holy bible 'Soviet Transports'.
