Forum rules
ImageThis is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum.
Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post.
In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.).

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

Just back from a nice trip in Greece, but i still need some serials :-)
can anybody help me with the serials of these 24 stored F-5's
There are also two preserved in special color on base, one on the flightline, one preserved at the gate and two in front of a shelter at the beginning of the runway.
So in total 30x F-5's seen on thessaloniki, but not 30 serials :-(

Thx

klopt je kan zelfs de F-5's van buitenaf zien, maar om nou ff je verrekijker tegen het hek in griekenland te zetten leek met wat overdreven :-)

Wasn´t that pic taken from an aircraft? Does not seem wise to walk around a Greek military airbase with a photocamera.

When I made short stop there this spring they explicitly told us that taking pictures was forbidden during taxying and parking and for half an hour they kept on 'patrolling' the aircraft... I did see loads of CL-215's, a taxying C-47 , an Mi-26 and preserved F-5's as well as what appeared to be an F-84...
