Forum rules
This is the forum to share your recent aviation photos with the rest of the community, being photos not older than six months at the moment of topic opening. Theme-based topics, not about recent events, should go into the sub-forum. Although we will not screen beforehand, we reserve the right to delete any images, especially if clearly unsharp or otherwise low in quality. For more information on how to upload you images, check this post. In topic titles, please use airfield names in stead of just codes, and be clear about what kind of photos your viewers can expect (e.g. CIV/MIL, location etc.). Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so. |

Back to serious mode...
The editing looks very good to me, natural colours and good exposure on a calibrated monitor. You could have tackled the horizon on the Tomcats. Nice sharpening too, nothing overdone.
I'm really glad you found a way to get those slides digitized satisfactory, as you wanted for a long time. You know I still love projecting slides, and therefor sought and found a good scanner too, a few years ago already. Just mentioning this 'cause you were the first to ever scan a slide of mine, remember?
See ya,
ml. Elik

Dino. About the scanner, please read the page 1 of this thread, you will read all about the scanner and stuff
Stefan. Shame on you that you did not recognize this boat! It is a US-1 Shin Maywa, one of the most special airplanes in the Japanese Inventory. This was actually for me the reason to go to Japan in the first place. Pity that I did not see some flying examples, but I am quite sure that there are people available who will put me back on my place with some nice pics of that. Mr Key, Mr Bogels, Mr Bos: Bring it on !
Meanwhile. Have a look at this.

Ah Mr Bos. Yeah yeah Rub it in. Thanks !
And nothing else to do ? Well yes, but that involves Heavy Work in Lightoom and you seem motivated to do other stuff like this
For Stefan and the others. Here are some Mitsubishi F-1's ?
