Good evening!

Despite feeling slightly hung over from last night, the lousy light conditions and the very cold wind I decided to get on my bike and paddle towards the Polderbaan to test my new equipment (Canon EOS 40D + EF 70-300 f/4.5-5.6 DO IS USM).
Although I was quite some Euro's lighter than last time I went there, the bike ride did not seem any easier, but that probably had more to do with, ... eh, last night.
Last time shooting pictures of aircraft with a decent camera was quite some years ago, so bear with me. Comments, of course, are always welcome.
I lasted precisely 25 minutes before the cold got to me. This is the only interesting aircraft that passed by me.
This will hopefully, for me, be the start of a more active approach to photography, so expect some more pictures in the future. I need practice to learn.

Enjoy the evening!

Ard

Another edit: still trying to figure out all the filters and ways of enhancement.

Why not skip the hobby, until the weather is improved again and better for photography. So many other nice things in life can be enjoyed, also when the weather is not great.

Hi Bigfoot,

Although the light condition may not be sufficient, but you did manage to produce some very clear shots indeed.

thanks for sharing
