Does anybody has a complete list of all the reg's that visited EHAM for the NATO meeting?

After a quick check I am still missing the following countries:

-Bulgaria
-Canada
-Denmark
-Hungary
-Norway
-Luxembourg
-Turkey

If these countries did participate, they didn"t use any military transport!
