From SGV-forum: In weeknumber 44 there is nightflying from Monday til Thursday. Departures will be at 2000lt at the latest, and landings will be 2300lt at the latest.

Some additional info from my own experience:
* On nightflying-days Volkel is usually closed during the morning.
* Friday November 2nd seems to be a regular flying day, this means operating hours roughly between 0900-1700lt, although don't expect too much F-16-activity.

Regards and have fun,

Stephan

P.S: next time you'll want to post your topics on Dutch and Belgian airbases/airports in the 'Spotting - Netherlands & Belgium'-forum, here on the same Scramble website.

The Callsign was LC2.
Does anyone know how late the Tornado should depart if it's still at Volkel?

Hi all,

Both the Tornado as the C-17A were still there at noon.
No action in or around the aircraft whatsoever.
