I Like this kind of info, that's for sure but what could be the reason for
that?

Leeuwarden sounds more logical to me because they are used to operations with jet's (Soesterberg was... )

Leeuwarden refuses to open on that day, so they first would go to Eelde and this has now changed to Soesterberg.
A Hunter crewchief also mentioned that some other participants would fly from SSB, so i thought Breitling team.

heavens!
lets hope ssb still got the 'baanveger' operational. else perhaps a chinook hovering twice along the full RWY lenght might do the trick!

I hope you are right but on the website of the hunter foundation http://www.prk-aviation.nl/hawkerhunter.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ....

...it is stated that "15-09 Heldairshow dep van Eelde"

Time will tell...

Does anyone know if this beautiful helicopter will come in for the static show only, or if it will do a flying demo ?

This info will help me to decide if I will visit the show or attend the departure day.

Cheers,
Iwan
