I happened to meet a "scrambler" at my local hangout today and he mentioned the photo forum here.

I wondered whether there is any interest in photos from Down Under?

Excellent pictures, nice weather.

May I ask you where you made these pictures? At which bases (did you go to amberley for the F-111's?) or airshows?

All the photos I have posted so far were taken at various times at RAAF Base Williamtown, near Newcastle.

Lately I saw a discussion on a other forum about photographing in Australia. Did you have any trouble with photographing these aircraft (trouble with base-guards / police)? Is it legal to make pictures outside an airbase? I am asking this because I plan to visit Australia in April 2008.
