MINISTRY OF DEFENSE
The Minister of Defense Atanas Zapryanov canceled the air show at the Third Air Base due to an accident involving an L-39 ZA combat training aircraft. The incident happened during the preparation of tomorrow's demonstrations.
An investigation is currently underway.
Measures have been taken to localize the fires and establish the causes of the incident.

The dead were named as Major Petko Dimitrov, 51, and Lieutenant Ventsislav Dunkin, 28.
Both instructor pilots with the 12th AB Dolna Mitropolia.
The jet had recently been overhauled by Aero Vodochody.
