UC-35 at Rotterdam today (2-7-24)

Finally, bring any photo criticism understandable and to the point, not cynical or offensive! Simultaneously, do not feel offended by criticism per se, but simply explain your motives, taste et cetera, or ignore if you wish so.

This is the roof terrace of the restaurant right? Is it always accessible?

Still accessible and the new restaurant will open next week. Lets see what happens next. I think that spotters are the most faithful customers, i would propose to open a (non alcoholic) bar at the terrace.
