But on the 08-03-24 on scramble I quote "should arrived possibly in the weekend" is it arrived or not? (By visual confirmation)

Well, apparently he is already in Amsterdam, and no military or government aircraft has been noted. So, most likely he travelled by a civilian bizjet, or by an Israeli airliner. EL Al for instance.
So unfortunately no B767 or military Gulfstream at Schiphol.
