With the predicted decent weather and a few extra transport planes up for grabs compared to the earlier visits to Twente, we decided to drive down south to Eindhoven to catch the flight for the Market Garden memorial. With a few highway closures and construction works in Germany it didn't go that smoothly, but we got there shortly after 9. The parking at Eindhoven was packed, as was P4. We found a decent spot, may the fun begin.
The C-47 was the first on the list to make its way to the Ginkelse Heide.

After that, the whole flight with the Falcon Leap participants and the added Ramstein Hercs started up. They all taxiied out to RWY 03 together, and started their takeoff runs one after another. First up, the RNLAF 'little' Herc:
G-988 C-130H 336 Sqn RNLAF
Followed by the Italian Air Force Herc:
MM62179/46-44 C-130J 46 Stormo Italian Air Force
The first of two RS Hercs took off, but the G-275 directly behind it put up a little show:
G-275 C-130H-30 336 Sqn RNLAF
The second RS Herc followed the Dutch, albeit not that spectacular:

Besides the two RS Hercs, the Greek also didn't visit Twente during Falcon Leap. A welcome addition to the flight.

Last in the row was the German A-400 of LTG62.

On return of the flight to Eindhoven the formation approached all together, followed by a tactical break. An impressive sight.

Landing one by one (except the Greek Herc that actually did an extra low approach). The Romanian Spartan and the first RS Herc:

And the Wawel Dragon to close this set off:
