Rampart has had her for about 2 years, but she just came out to North Island 2 days before I shot this photo. One of less than half a dozen Turbo Caribou converted by PEN Turbo (although supposedly PEN has a couple dozen DHC-4s in storage that they may convert if they can find buyers).
