As announced on Facebook the "D-8060" was taken outside its hangar tonight and placed on the tarmac with very favourable light conditions between 17:00 and 21:00. Between 17:00 and 20:00 we were allowed to take pictures on the platform in front of the hangar, later it was towed to the runway were we could take shots from there.
Absolutely brilliant how they restored this aircraft. Unfortunately not a real Ex-KLU Starfighter but the ex 24+46 from the German Air Force, but it is painted In the grey "air defence" colour as was used by 322sq and 322sq in the sixties. Loved the two sidewinders under the fuselage instead of at its wingtips.
