Hello ehusmann.

Report of shooting down a Il-76 during air landing at Vasylkiv airport near Kiev. Time is night before saturday 26th February 2022 00,30 (recently). The aircraft was shut down by a Ukrainan Su-27.
There is heavy fighting of air landnings in area.

In Vasylkiv area is also 2 helicopters shut down.

The air landings were diverted from Gostomel to Vasylkiv because of heavy fightings earlier in Gostomel area.

24th February (Thursday) 2022 at 5.41 left 18 Il-76 Pskov air base with para soldiers for Kiev.

One hours flighttime for first air landings. It must be the first air landings at Gostomel.

Also an air landing effort, support with air landed soldiers from at least 18 Mi-8, supported by Ka-52.

There are all this air landed soldiers?

Su-24 straffed today a Russian train with 20 waggons. The train was destroyed with supplies such as petrol for the Russian army. No place and time.

Here is the logging of 14 Su-25 based in Gvardeyskoye air base.

The Su-25 support the souhtern part of Russian forces in Ukraine. Some Su-25 is reported as loss in action in area.

The last satellite picture from July 2020 shows 16 Su-25 on base together with Su-24M and Su-24MR.
They belong all to the Russian Naval Aviation there they is part of the Black Sea Fleet OSK (operating forces).
Most aircraft have a past from Budennovsk and Akhtarsk air bases on Taman peninsula. Aircraft rotate between Gvardeyskoye, Akhtarsk and Gvardeyskoye air bases. A few of them from Kant air base. Su-25 from the bases participate in Syrian war on rotary basis.
