Request from Spangdahlem Air Base security

Hello,

This morning some people from Spangdahlems office of special investigations met us at the fence. They had absolute no problems with us being at the fence and taking photos of the F-16’s and F-35’s even with the events going on these days. But they had a request for us spotters. If you see some strange or suspicious behavior around the air base or people are asking you “strange” questions about the base or so, things a spotter never would ask, then please inform the OSI Spangdahlem. Superb initiative! I think all base security departments should make these requests with their own'' spotter communities!

Same happend at the F22 deployment a few years back. Think i have the business card of the special investigator somewhere...
They would even mediate with the base police if needed.. a base visit was out of the question though.. haha had a nice chat...

It has been going on for years with the name "Eagle Eyes", I still have a "business card" of them that I received some 10 - 15 years ago at the Spangdahlem fence, but I also met these guys from that same agency at Ramstein few years later...
