Nice pictures by the way!
Go there with westerly winds and you have a long fence to stand where ever you want at the other end of the runway.Alpha Kilo One wrote: ↑06 Aug 2021, 12:15 Do you have a picture of the situation, to have the so-called situational awareness?

Thx for your reply. Good explanation and advice. Appreciate it.Krazy wrote: ↑06 Aug 2021, 11:35 Thx Ranger,
You are correct, it's all the rwy 08 threshold. The double fence is a pain in the butt on everything. The A-4 shot is taken by putting a small (3 step) ladder on top of the mount around the farmers field. There is only room for about 3 to 4 people on the mount. If you use a bigger ladder you can pull it off from groundlevel, but you are looking at being at least 2,5 to 3 meters off the ground with your camera. You also need cooler temps, because as soon as the heat comes off the runway nothing can be done. The threshold itself is impossible.
The other shots are taken from the mount, over the fence. Sideshots are usually not possible, because the planes are too low.
