http://forum.scramble.nl/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=82821 now has different (Zulu)-times for that Spanish Navy Citation. Only about five minutes on the ground around five-ish local ?

They are fast at Eindhoven but refueling it in 5 minutes seems impossible. AME8413 inbound TOPPA now... landing in approx. 20~25 minutes!
