The AN30 will do a local flight from Brussels dep 09.00z eta 12.45z

So either he will during his mission land at Volkel (which I don't think), or come afterwards, or doesn't come at all....

Volkel is having 'Valor 25' over for approaches at this time. Most likely a C-21, definately 76th AS.
