Helicoptertrip Germany and Austria (photoheavy)

Post by sar 303 sqn »

During our vacation we made some stops at different places to take some shots of helicopters.

First this beautiful Polish EC-135 at Baden-Baden Airport
Image

Then the "Tag der offenen Tür" at Wucher helicopter in Ludesh.
Photo's were made at the Wucher helipost as well in a field in the village Ludesch.
Image

Now and then the weather was terrible...
Image

And an hour later the birds were falling from the roof.

Finally a descent picture of a Kamov

Then we went to Tirol for some days without helicopters (yeah right).
But on the way to Tirol of course some more.

First in Karres was Martin 2.
Image

The crew told us that in a village a few miles further they were getting some trees down. So we drove on and found this one during his final flight of the day.
Image

Then a stop at Innsbruck where we were just in time to see this police helicopter landing at their base.
Image

After a few day's "without" helicopters we drove to Kelheim near Regensburg for a helimeeting.
We drove via Murnau..
Image

München.
Image

And Regensburg...
Image

To Kelheim

At night we also made some shots.
Image

Then it was time to start driving home again.
Via Erlangen. Where we saw Christoph 32.
Image

To Donauwörth.
Eurocopter EC-145 T2
Image

Image

And we saw 2 EC-635 for the Iraq Air Force.
Here one of them
Image

Christoph 18 at Ochsenfurt, nowadays a ADAC helicopter.
Image

And the last stop Bonn-Hangelar.

Hope you like them.
Grz.

Thanks all for the comments.

And to GME-AirFoto:
Here is one of the D-HECQ.
It was warm so is isn't a descent photo because of the heat haze/waves.

Thank you. Heat haze/waves are a big problem this time, yesterday we could enjoy about 30° here.
What a beautiful paint, and as i supposed it´s one of the currently produced EC135 still missing on my chip.
Now i know what i´am hunting for next week. 8)
Nice weekend and greetings from Donauwörth

Yesterday EC635T2i 98+45 c/n 975 was flying, too.
