Nice catch and well done with your Galaxy Note 3 (according exif

It's an interesting one, too bad about the c/n (usually behind a service hatch, see Soviet Construction Number Explanations on this page: http://www.oldwings.nl/st/std.htm). But its status is an update, methinks.
