Edited: not four, but SIX "very expensive stealth jets" are to go to ETAD this Friday.

It may be that four F-22A Raptors will be flying from Tyndall to Spangdahlem non-stop this Friday the 28th of August 2015. So not :!: confirmed.

This message may serve as a "heads-up" for those who track -and follow these sorts of flights over the Atlantic.
