FIRDA is a computer system and 1540C means that the original arrival time has been updated and that the plane will now arrive at 15.40h local time this afternoon.

Aircraft brings the President of Panama for a visit. The visit is at May 28 and 29. So departure at the 29th or 30th I guess.
President has a meeting with EU in Brussels at the 30th at 17:30.

Parking spot K71 is close to the fence at the southside of the apron. Using steps in the morning maybe nice pictures can be made.

HP-1A had arrived at east.
Parked at K71, nose east, so easy photography from adjacent parking if you have some steps with you.
