A lot of that is usually done at night, but after heavy maintenance likely also at daytime when traffic best permits.

Closure of the Kaagbaan 06-24: Saturday 18 March 18.00h local time till Wednesday 24 May 17.00h local time

Quote:
A0180/17 - RWY 06/24 CLSD. 18 MAR 17:00 2017 UNTIL 24 MAY 15:00 2017. CREATED: 21 FEB 10:20 2017

Also can anybody explain the following Notam? It says ILS approach runway 27 is not allowed, but reality during the last few days tells me it has to mean something different.

Quote:
V0144/17 - [US DOD PROCEDURAL NOTAM] INSTRUMENT APPROACH PROCEDURE NOT AUTHORIZED ILS OR LOC RWY 27. 01 FEB 16:59 2017 UNTIL 30 MAR 23:59 2017. CREATED: 01 FEB 16:59 2017

No idea about your above question, Joost. That restriction is not in the current Dutch NOTAM I'm working with. Perhaps some US DoD thingy?
